Meghan Haddad ’22, a native of New York City, is pursuing a dual-degree in Mathematics and Policy Studies with a focus on Strategy Analysis and Innovation. Meghan’s initial Lafayette involvement was joining the co-ed community service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega, where she extended her role with the Girl Scouts as a leader at Cheston Elementary School. With Young Life, Meghan facilitates faith-based discussions. Through her Lafayette Leadership Education Committee, Meghan initiated the first virtual installment of the Leadership Institute and brought an experiential leadership opportunity for students to compete in the Collegiate Leadership Competition to campus. As a Lafayette Consulting Group Advisor, Meghan establishes innovative strategies to ensure members work well with real-world clients and provide engagement opportunities with alumni. Spurred by her entrepreneurial spirit, Meghan enjoys working with D.Y.E.R. (Designing Your Entrepreneurial Roadmap) fellows, where she leads to inspire change by developing the four-year next-generation innovators’ program. Meghan’s advisory roles extend to the residents of Reeder Street House and on the Board of Trustees’ Development, Alumni, and Community Relations Committee. Currently, Meghan is rallying seniors to contribute to the Class of 2022 class gift. During her spare time, Meghan enjoys outdoor challenges and spending time with friends. After graduation, Meghan wishes to work for a start-up company where she can impact success as a product manager.
